COVID-19: Your safety is very important to us. We adhere to all Ohio enhanced cleaning regulations and policies.
SMOKING: All our rooms are non-smoking this includes, but not limited to: cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and vaping etc, in the lodge itself, including all areas around the house. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in the apartment there will be a $500 cleaning charge.
We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the apartment.
MINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on-line. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3 PM to 8 PM. You can drop off luggage etc. earlier than 3 PM or arrive later than 8 PM - please just call ahead to let us know. Check-out time is 11 AM.
DEPOSITS: At the time of booking we will collect the first nights rate.
CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 5 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel 3 and 4 days before your arrival date then there will be a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel 48 hours or less before your arrival date then your 1 night deposit is forfeit.

PET POLICY (DOGS ONLY): Please notify us if you would like to bring your dog. If you require an official service animal they are always allowed. We also allow small dogs (2-22 lbs.). There will be a $15 per night, per dog (max 2) fee added onto your reservation. Please be aware that on the property we have 2 long haired male miniature dachshunds.
DAMAGES: A minimum fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file if any damages are incurred.
